Widely accepted as the instigators of lean manufacturing , it’s no surprise the automotive industry was quick off the mark in implementing visual management.
As a result, the automotive industry is well advanced in shadow boards as part of continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives (among others).
Some of Klipspringer’s automotive projects include health and safety stations, tool boards, cleaning stations, and colour coding implementation for some of the most reputable automotive brands and their supply chains. Current projects also include countrywide standardisation for main dealer service centres.
